Global Scaling

TazUO has added a global scaling option under Options->TazUO->Gump scaling.
This option will scale the entire game to a larger or smaller size.

Per-gump scaling

In addition to whole-game scaling, several individual gumps have their own scale sliders (in the modern options / video settings tab), so you can size just those windows without scaling everything:

Context menu scale — ContextMenuScale, adjustable from 0.5 to 3.0. Scaled submenus stay within the screen/window bounds.
Status gump scale — scale the status (health/mana/stamina) gump.
Server gump scale — scale server-sent gumps.
Trade gump scale — TradeGumpScale, scales the player-to-player Trade Gump.
Skills gump scale — shared by both the standard and advanced skill gumps.
