• Nameplates can also be health bars now
• You can also select Stay active when you do Ctrl + Shift if you want them up all the time

Settings

Enable this under Options->Gameplay->Mobiles->Health Bars (moved from Interface) where you can also adjust the opacity of the background.
If you only want to show health bars below 100% while in warmode, there is now a toggle for that

Heal/cure buttons

Floating health bars can show quick heal/cure buttons. These are controlled by three independent toggles in Options->Gameplay->Mobiles->Health Bars:

• Show heal/cure buttons on all health bars (except invulnerable).
• Show heal/cure buttons on friends list health bars.
• Show heal/cure buttons on pet health bars.
